Our top US Law Firm Client is looking for a new HR Systems Analyst to support the wider team with HR Systems and Projects for the London Office. Candidates should have a good knowledge of HR information systems as well as strong IT skills, specifically manipulating data using Excel. Responsibilities will include work in partnership with the Managers to ensure the accuracy of data, including regular data cleanse, system updates, maintenance and resolving system issues, build and generate accurate management information reports to meet the requirements of internal and external stakeholders, planned maintenance, upgrades, testing and rollouts, support all system users by resolving day-to-day systems and data issues, escalating critical issues to the Managers as appropriate, develop training material and other system documentation as required. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience within a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm. The core hour for this role are 9:30AM – 5:30PM and this firm is based in fantastic offices in the City and offer fantastic benefits.
