Award winning international law firm is looking to hire a new Business Development Assistant to offer support to senior members of the BD team. Responsibilities will include assisting with the Client Programme including organising content, attendees, communication administration and planning for Client Programme internal events and meetings, undertaking research for initiatives such as campaigns, key clients and new business prospects, supporting the adoption of best practice in use of marketing systems and processes across the team and the firm, specifically use of the firm’s InterAction CRM system and use/updating of CredsBank, QuoteBank and the firm’s forthcoming global credentials database, supporting business development managers on elements of campaigns and new business initiatives, liaising across the department and with the finance team to ensure the timely creation of KPI reports (bid statistics and new meeting generation reports) and other management information, co-ordinating responses and metrics in relation to global projects/initiatives and any other duties when required. Candidates must have previous experience of working within a Marketing/Business Development team in a professional services environment. Candidates must also have excellent written and communication skills and must be able to work well in a team. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
