Our fantastic US law firm client is currently looking for a Marketing and Business Development Executive on an initial 3-month contract. The role primarily will support Business Development efforts, with a strong focus on pitch development and associated efforts and processes. The key responsibilities are assisting in coordinating and developing pitches/credentials and RFPs, including tracking materials, and their outcome, as well as maintaining master credentials, assisting with preparing experience lists, practice descriptions, bios, and other print and digital materials, assisting in researching and executing sponsorships, conferences, speaking opportunities and events and tracking in visibility tracker, as well as benefits that can be leveraged from existing firm memberships etc. maintaining experience databases and coordinates matter collection for various practices, supporting team efforts for directory submissions, league tables, awards, and other visibility initiatives, providing special project support as assigned or needed, particularly in relation to BD and client related initiatives. Candidates must have previous experience working within a law firm and experience of managing pitches and RFPs, they are looking for candidates who are highly organised and that can deal with tight deadlines.
