Global law firm situated near Liverpool Street wish to hire a Digitial Marketing & CRM Specialist to join their Marketing and Business Development team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The firm are keen to hire a marketing technology specialist with demonstrable understanding of business development strategies and CRM processes within the professional services industry.

 

Working with the Head of Marketing and closely with all business service groups and firmwide partners and associates, you will be the go-to person for all CRM systems developments, implementations and upgrades. This Digital Marketing Specialist role is offering flexible agile working pattern, of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely with standard hours being 9:30am to 5:30pm. Additionally, the firm offer an outstanding benefits package and offering a salary of circa 45k.

 

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for:

 

  • Independently manages a large number of requests from extended marketing team members and partners across the firm’s digital assets and ensures execution in a timely manner. This includes the marketing technology send and distribution queue.
  • Assist in daily maintenance and development of mofo.com and other externally-facing digital platforms, including social media sites, blogs, foreign-language sites, mini-sites, special resource sites, etc.
  • Create new pages, records, and features on mofo.com and other externally-facing websites.
  • With members of the marketing technology team, produce and maintain style guides, editorial standards, and other documents establishing best practices for creation and development of content and new features. Ensure the highest level of UX and accessibility across all digital concepts.
  • Coordinate intake of web content: work with attorneys, staff, and marketing to solicit and standardize content for website.
  • Performs bulk import of contacts and other data into Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Review and accurately post other online content as requested by Marketing Technology Group Manager, attorneys, and/or BD team members.
  • Post website updates, ensure documents and content are current, accurate and relevant, including:

-Review and code documents for related attorneys, practice, and industry areas, as well as publications, events, and other digital content

-Through collaboration with BD team members, ensure final accuracy before posting materials to web, including confirmation that proofing and conflicts checks have occurred.

  • Coordinates and executes email communications, including client alerts, newsletters, event invitations to events to clients and prospects. Formats emails, obtains approval from stakeholders, manages mailing list for the communications, and distributes communications through Pardot.
  • Performs contact and account updates in Salesforce.
  • Updates records in Salesforce related to campaigns, cases, referrals, awards and rankings, and opportunities.
  • Performs admin functions in Salesforce including creating new users, editing page layouts, creating list views, and adding/removing fields.
  • Creates reports and dashboards in Salesforce
  • Supports internal clients with email communications, publishing and promotion. Works with other team members in marketing technology, creative services, content marketing and business development to determine sequencing.
  • Maximizes efficiency of marketing technology operations through process improvement and technology upgrades. Continuously improves processes and make recommendations to the extended marketing team members based on the metrics and interpretation of results.
  • Maintains best practices for the firm’s email marketing automation and CRM technologies.
  • Assists in planning, development, and implementation of ongoing enhancements and new initiatives.
  • Provides training to MoFo personnel on firm’s marketing technologies.

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Strong CRM implementation and leadership experience, primarily website publishing and campaign distribution or combined experience in marketing technology operations. B2B experience a plus.
  • Strong web and technical skills and knowledge of databases and web-based communications, particularly with marketing technologies, including Salesforce, Pardot, and website CMSs.
  • Fundamental understanding of how technologies are set-up and implemented, including: a) basic knowledge of on premise applications, SaaS, public vs. private cloud environments and the interplay between these various technologies; b) understanding of environment set-ups: production, test, development, disaster recovery; c) relationship between application and database resources; d) points of integration including application and data integrations, like APIs and custom app builds.
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and creating automated email campaigns. Experience with monitoring and reporting on web performance. Familiarity of best practices and general implementation of social media sites, blogs, and other public-facing digital platforms.
  • BA or BS in fields like statistics, econometrics, marketing or computer science.
  • Strong communication skills with experience in creating and performing presentations and leading meeting
  • Fluency in both English and German languages is a plus
