Highly regarded London law firm is looking to hire a new HR Systems and MI Analyst to join their London based HR Team with this position reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role will initially be working from home until the current climate changes and going forward will offer flexible home working with hours not being set in stone as 9:30 – 17:30 even though the hours will be 28 hours-a-week. The Team is responsible for the development of HR strategy in line with the Firm’s strategy and business goals, and effecting this through the design and implementation of HR policies, practices and initiatives across all areas of people management including professional development, recruitment and selection, diversity, employee relations, pay and benefits, and organisational change and development. You will be tasked with supporting the Reward and Benefits Manager with monthly payroll processes and benefits administration and be an integral part in the annual salary and bonus review processes and the annual benefits renewal, creating, producing and assisting in the production of reports and analysis of HR related management information for the HR team and wider business as required plus as a super-user of core HR, payroll, benefits and appraisal systems, you will act as the first point of contact for all HR Systems queries related to employee data, pay and benefits, appraisals, diversity and inclusion/gender pay gap reporting and escalating as needed to the relevant HR Manager. Duties will be across HR and Payroll systems, HR Management Information, Payroll & Benefits and the bi-annual Staff Satisfaction Survey. Applicants require high-levels of experience and enthusiasm towards HR systems with previous working knowledge of Management Information creation, preferably from within a n HR law firm background. You will need to be an IT advanced user across MS Office applications, have high attention to detail and be a collaborative team member with clear speaking, listening and written communication skills.
