Administrative Assistant – Prestigious US Law Firm – Hybrid Working & Great Benefits

A prestigious US law firm is looking to hire a new Administrative Assistant to join the London office on a permanent basis to provide Administrative and Secretarial support to multiple business services departments including the HR, BD & Marketing and Secretarial teams.  The role will offer a large amount of exposure and the role is working 4 days a week in the office and 1 from home.  A salary of up to £25,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits.

 

Responsibilities will include managing and prioritising all incoming and outgoing mail correspondence email and paper, screening and directing incoming telephone calls and respond independently when possible, arranging conference calls and zoom meetings as necessary, managing calendar and help organise meetings, organising and maintaining file system, ensuring appropriate departmental coverage; maintaining a calendar of time out of the office of the senior management, tracking vacation and sick days for department, ordering and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance and helping clean-up and finalise documents in Word or PowerPoint.

 

Candidates ideally would have some administration experience within a professional services organisation, preferably within a law firm in addition to strong experience using Microsoft Office, excellent written, organisation and team working skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
