Associate Workflow Executive – Top International Law Firm – Generous Hybrid Working

A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Resource / Workflow Management Executive to join the London office on a permanent basis to ensure the team is allocating the right people to the right matters by aligning work to lawyers, considering their experience, development needs and capacity.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £50,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits and agile working.


Responsibilities will include being the main point of contact for key stakeholders, work allocation and capacity tracking, demonstrate good knowledge of the relevant practice areas and be proactive in relation to the supply and demand challenges of the business – i.e. busy periods, maintaining the skills matrix, demand, and capacity tracker and provide visibility to key stakeholders, ensuring accurate forecasting of individual activity by tracking activity data, where necessary, working with Partners and Lawyers to review, working with the Senior Resource Manager to provide support on reporting for the relevant practices, delivering the day-to-day requirements while balancing these with the career development needs of the Lawyers, working with key stakeholders to optimise headcount, oversee joiners, leavers and secondments, smooth utilisation and being aware of the impact on employee engagement , working with key stakeholders across the internal teams to identify resources with transferable skills as necessary.  Other duties will include delivering the business needs in an efficient manner by optimising the work allocation to maximise profitability while considering personal development plans and individuals’ wellbeing.


Candidates must have prior experience in resource management and workforce planning, within a professional services environment.  Additionally candidates must have excellent stakeholder engagement skills, excellent written, organisation and communication skills.  A salary of £50,000 is on offer plus exceptional benefits.
