One of our International Law Firm clients is looking to recruit an Attorney Recruitment Assistant for their London office. This role will be on a temporary or contractual basis. The role will have three main functions; to provide Attorney recruiting Support, general administrative support to the team and ensuring quality client service, confidentiality, and safety. Main duties for this role will include but are not limited to, assisting in maintaining candidate records in the firm’s database, providing accurate data entry support, and assisting in the management of departmental projects. The candidate will also be required to provide assistance with attorney recruiting-related tasks, including being a first POC for candidates, answering queries and providing support, collaboration with search firms and agencies, and managing the on-boarding process after hiring. You will also be required to aid in the office vacation schemes, recruiting events and meetings always ensuring client service and satisfaction are attained in all areas.


The successful candidate will be one who shows high levels of attention to detail and organisation, and who is experienced and familiar with the recruitment of fee earners within a legal environment. Computer literacy and proficiency with all basic office software such as work, windows and database systems is key. You must be able to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines, working cohesively and communicatively, both written and spoken alongside team members to deliver top quality services to those within and outside the firm.


The salary will be very competitive dependent upon experience.


This role will be a 6-month FTC or temporary position lasting up to 6 months. Core hours for this role will be 9am- 6pm Monday to Friday with staff currently working remotely. Competitive Salary.
