Business Development Coordinator – Top US Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A top US law firm is looking to hire a new Business Development Coordinator on a permanent basis to work across both the Corporate and Litigation teams.  The firm is growing rapidly and this position is purely down to the growth in the firm – a salary of up to £50,000 is on offer, plus agile working.


Duties for the successful Business Development Coordinator will include assisting in the implementation of practice group business and action plans by coordinating and tracking the group’s efforts, monitoring and track plan implementation to ensure that deadlines are met and commitments are kept, identify, assess and coordinate conferences, seminars, forums, sponsorships, speaking and writing opportunities to ensure they are in line with the goals of the practice, working with the marketing and communications team to develop, prepare and distribute brochures, advertisements, newsletters, and client alerts and mailings at the practice level, and promote exposure of the practice and individual attorneys, assist with the hosted and third-party events and memberships, including event execution, post-event follow[1]up and tracking lead generation, request and disseminate research to teams on trends in the industry or area of law, manage client development expenses by practice group to ensure they are within budget/approved, assist with the preparation of legal directories, award submissions and other rankings and surveys, ensure that the Firm’s marketing materials are updated and appropriately reflect practice group experience and expertise., assisting in the preparation of proposals/RFPs/presentations in PowerPoint and Word format, and in coordination with attorneys, keep track of pitch—wins and losses.


The successful Business Development Coordinator must have a minimum of two years experience, within a number, strong education and excellent written, communication and organisation skills along with advanced Microsoft Office Skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £50,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits.
