Business Development & Marketing Coordinator – London

Our prestigious client, a pre-eminent US law firm, are seeking to recruit a new Business Development & Marketing Coordinator to support the Firm’s marketing initiatives in London and  Europe!  The Coordinator is responsible for proposing and executing creative ideas for marketing and business development purposes, working very closely with the Senior Business Development & Marketing Managers and Specialists to support all marketing and business development initiatives.  Specific efforts include client events and programs, lawyer bio management, client updates and newsletters. A salary of up to £50,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organise and support Firm-sponsored webinars, seminars and receptions for clients and prospective clients
  • Liaise with lawyers to produce and distribute client communications, including new lawyer announcements, invitations, updates and newsletters, including posting to website
  • Leverage firm technology such as InterAction (contact management system) to document and track all client and prospective client outreach
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce collateral materials that support sponsorships and advertisements
  • Support special projects as requested by Senior Business Development & Marketing Managers and lawyers
  • Support on social media posts and related metrics

The ideal candidate will possess Degree education (ideally in communications or marketing), and strong IT skills, Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel), Adobe Acrobat, InterAction, Vuture and document management systems, 2-3 years’ experience within a law firm is highly advantageous.
