Growing US law firm is looking to hire a brand-new Business Development Manager, the first of it’s kind, to join their London office which is a very short walk from all City mainline stations.
This firm embrace flexibility, whether you are an experienced Business Development Manager in a larger firm looking for a step back into a smaller firm or looking for your next senior level Business Development role, perhaps this is the opportunity you have been waiting for. The firm are prepared to offer a generous salary of up to 90k DOE for the desired applicant as well as hybrid working structure (3 days in offices, 2 remotely) on a full-time 9.30-5.30 basis.
The Business Development Manager will spearhead all business development and marketing plans for London in what is an exciting period of growth for the firm.
The Business Development Manager will report directly into the London Managing Partner as well as the Business Development Director situated in their New York offices. The Business Development Manager play a pivotal role in supporting the firm’s continued development within the London legal industry, working with sector heads and partners, developing and implementing strategic campaigns working on pitches, directory submissions, events management and broader marketing duties. There is the additional support from the London Office Manager, the Business Services functions as well as from their US headquarters BD and Marketing teams.
With this broad role supporting all Partners and Associates in the London office, the client is keen to secure the services of a legal industry Business Development and Marketing all-rounder from the legal industry, preferably working within a corporate US or international law firm. You will possess strong academics, preferably possessing a recognised marketing qualification, as well as be results driven, hands on, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer.
