Business Process Improvement Manager – International Law Firm Client – Generous Hybrid Working

Our international Law Firm client is seeking to hire a Business Process Improvement Manager to join their London Office. This role will be joining a newly created Business Improvement Team within the firm. The Law Firm are looking for an experienced Business Process Improvement Manager to join their existing team and assist with a range of tasks related to improving the firms’ overall processes and streamlining those processes where possible. The role will be paying up to £65,000 with some potential for flex and boasts generous hybrid working of 2 days in the office and 3 from home, as well as a range of great benefits.


The Reporting Developer will work closely with the Head of Business Improvement, Senior Commercial Business Analyst, PMO team, Legal Services Teams, Business Services Teams. The role will report directly to the Senior Commercial Business Analyst. Duties for this role will include but are not limited to:


  • Evaluating existing business processes
  • Meeting with key stakeholders to discuss business objectives
  • Identifying areas of improvement
  • Creating and presenting process improvement solution options and reports
  • Detailed design of to be processes
  • Planning and overseeing the implementation of changes, including managing application testing where necessary
  • Managing improvement teams and external contractors
  • Troubleshooting and continually improving new processes
  • Consulting on policy changes related to proposed changes
  • Establishing post implementation governance procedures and specifying reporting requirements.


The team are seeking candidates who have strong experience in a legal or professional services field and have extensive experience of running projects and have general business management expertise. Candidates must be well practiced in report procedure and writing skills and process mapping. Good understanding of SRAs and finance software would be very useful in this role. Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and not be afraid to still be hands on. The standard hours of this role are 9:30am – 5:30pm with a flexible attitude.
