Our prestigious International law firm are currently looking for a career HR Administrator to join their team and provide an excellent administrative service to the London HR Function. The key responsibilities will be arranging internal and external meetings for team members, travel arrangements (international flights, hotels, taxis, trains, etc.), arranging global and London HR meetings (book conference rooms, refreshments, set up video conferences, etc.), booking team members onto HR in Law events, corresponding with speculative applicants, scheduling interviews (where required), rejecting candidates after unsuccessful interviews, assisting with graduate recruitment assessment centres during busy periods, processing offer letters, Setting up new starters on background checking system, monitoring background check reports, highlighting any issues to the relevant HR person, conducting credit checks, setting up new starters on HRIS, liaising with IT on individual requirements, e.g. mobile telephone, If appropriate, liaise with new starter and Document Services on business card preferences, organising right to work/document checks, preparing induction programmes, booking induction meetings, liaise with Security to provide swipe cards for temporary staff, liaising with Facilities regarding allocated workstations, book professional photography sessions. This role requires someone with an extensive background in HR administration within professional services environments.
