A fast growing award-winning law firm is looking to hire a Change Manager on a permanent basis to work within the Business Transformation team to ensure key projects meet objectives on time and within budget by increasing adoption and usage. The focus will be on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, technology, tool, roles, and structures. A salary of up to £80,000 is on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.
Key responsibilities for the Change Manager will include applying a structured methodology and lead change management activities, build and engage with the change champion community, regularly assess, track and report on change impact and risk at a portfolio and specific project level, conduct stakeholder identification, analysis, and management, create change management plans at an organisational level and work with project managers to ensure change activities are incorporated in project plans, support training, communication, and other specialist team efforts, consult and coach department, small group and one to one tailored engagement, evaluate and ensure user readiness, identify and manage anticipated resistance define what success looks like and monitor progress.
The successful candidate must have previous Change Management / Business Transformation experience within a professional services organisation, engaging with stakeholders and the ability to work collaboratively across all disciplines. Excellent written, organisation and communication skills are key. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £80,000 on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.
