An independent company providing talent for law firms and other organisations, focusing purely on diversity and inclusion is looking to hire a new Associate to join the team on a permanent basis focusing on both maintaining relationships with clients, focusing on four core systems.  This role would be ideal for someone with a Legal HR / Legal Graduate Recruitment background.  The role offers agile working, which is predominately remote working and a salary of up to £55,000 is on offer.


Responsibilities will include building and maintaining relationships with clients, predominately law firms, training clients on how to use the D&I specific software, giving advice and training sessions to clients, especially around their D&I and graduate recruitment challenges, attending regular meetings, running client roundtable events, managing and upselling the existing and new products, being a key part of roadmap planning.  This is a perfect opportunity for someone who has a passion for Diversity & Inclusion, along with some Graduate Recruitment / Lateral Recruitment experience and someone who can lead on client management and relationship building, additionally someone with experience in managing software within a HR capacity.  Candidates need to have excellent written, communication and attention to detail skills, the ability to work within a team and along, and someone who shares the same passion to enhance the already successful team.  A salary of up to £55,000 is on offer, plus great benefits.
