Client Host – Successful International Law Firm – Generous Salary & Benefits

One of our large International law firm clients is looking to hire a new Client Host to support their Front of House team and provide a friendly and welcoming experience for all internal and external clients/ visitors to the Firms London Office. This role will answer directly to the firms Front of House Manager.

The main duties of this role will be to lead the rest of the Client Services team and welcome and greet visitors upon arrival, and notify appropriate firm members, and accurately direct visitors around the premises, whilst maintaining an accurate visitor log, whilst demonstrating exceptional client facing skills, to make all guests feel welcome, offering refreshments where necessary. You will also answer routine inquiries, take, and relay messages and accept and/or redirects deliveries. Candidates will also answer all incoming calls and direct them to the correct department. The role will also require direct liaison PA’s, Fee-Earners and Clients to ensure all, conference room bookings and meeting room arrangements are dealt with, organising beverages and other needs for each meeting as appropriate.. Other duties include submitting /updates appropriate events on the Firm Meetings and Events Calendar, coordinating visitor offices upon request and prepare them for arrival and light administrative and concierge duties such as faxing, copying, arranging for ground transportation, and dining reservations and staying arrangements if needed.

Candidates will work 40 hours per week, with alternating shifts Monday to Friday, candidates will be required to work in the office everyday due to the client facing nature of the position. There is a generous salary on offer with benefits.
