Client Services Specialist- US Law Firm- Hybrid Working

Our US law firm is looking to hire a new Receptionist to support their London office. This role will be working a standard 37.5-hour week, Monday to Friday, currently spanning the hours of 07:30 to 19:00, on a rotating shift basis. The role will be paying up to £36,000.

The main duties of this role will be to welcome and greet visitors upon arrival, and notify appropriate firm members, and accurately direct visitors around the premises, whilst maintaining an accurate visitor log. You will also answer routine inquiries, take and relay messages and accept and/or redirects deliveries. The candidate will all so answer incoming and intra-office telephone calls and reroute calls to the appropriate person or department. You may be required to receive requests and makes conference room bookings and meeting room arrangements, coordinating with food services, audio-visual and other service areas as appropriate. Other duties include submitting /updates appropriate events on the Firm Meetings and Events Calendar, coordinating visitor offices upon request and prepare them for arrival and light administrative and concierge duties such as faxing, copying, arranging for ground transportation and dining reservations.

 

Candidates will need to have proven experience of this role in a similar working environment.
