This international law firm based in the heart of the London legal district has a fantastic new opportunity to hire a Commercial Finance Manager.
The firm are keen to hire a qualified commercially minded accounting specialist to support the firm’s ambitious plans to offer a first class competitive and dynamic accounting strategy for their client base. Reporting into the Head of Finance, the Commercial Finance Manager will be tasked with setting up and growing the commercial accounts team providing commercial, financial and analytical support to the pricing, BD teams and Partners across the firm, acting as the business facing member for the department.
The Commercial Finance Manager will be responsibility for supporting analysing the profitability across all practice and business groups, supporting on budgeting, forecasting, pricing strategy, design and deliver training and support to partners / lawyers on proposals, client pricing and rates and negotiations, sharing best practice learning to tackle any challenges encountered from clients. The Commercial Finance Manager will work closely with the Management Accounting, Pricing and BD teams on identifying and acting on growth opportunities as well as develop individual growth plans and pipeline management with fee earners across the firm.
Candidates must come from a commercial finance background, including pricing expertise, ideally within a law firm. A CIMA or ACCA qualification / part qualification is preferred.
The firm are offering a highly competitive salary of up to 80k as well as a generous benefits package. They are currently operating a hybrid working system where you will be working in their office for 2 days, 3 from home, with the standard hours being 9.30am to 5.30pm.
