Commercial Litigation Legal PA – Successful US Law Firm – Hybrid Working

Successful and expanding US Law Firm are seeking to grow their legal support teams in the London office and are currently recruiting for a Legal PA in their Commercial Litigation department. The main function of this role will be to provide, pro-active administrative support to the firms’ attorneys and the business services team, acting as a bridge between clients and fee earners and catering to and anticipating the needs of both.

 

This role will focus on the support of one Partner and 3-5 Associates and main duties for this role will include working efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet multiple and critical deadlines, maintaining cooperative working relationships within office and practice groups, responding to client, staff, legal professionals and vendor inquiries, opening, screening and routing mail, managing faxes and electronic mail, greeting and assisting visiting clients; drafting routine correspondence, diary management, answering and screening calls, updating recurring reports as assigned, monitoring attorney time records to ensure compliance with established deadlines, maintaining filing system including paper, electronic and chronological files. Other responsibilities will include document production, maintaining attorney calendar, reserving meeting rooms, making travel arrangements, maintaining attorney travel profiles and liaising with the New York office as and when required.

 

Candidates should have proven working experience in a Law Firm, ideally in a real estate department. CILEX qualification are desirable however not essential. All Legal PAs must have a strong understanding of office related software. Core hours for this role are 9:30am- 5:30pm, hybrid working with Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office and the role will be paying up to £50,000 experience dependent.
