An award-winning UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Corporate Company Secretarial Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either company secretarial or legal administration experience, or an interest to move within this space.  The salary for this role will be up to £30,000 with flexibility, plus the firm offers exceptional employee benefits and an agile working pattern of 3 days in the office, 2 from home.

 

Responsibilities for the Company Secretarial Assistant include assisting the group undertaking legal and corporate governance requirements in what would be a broad ranging role, with a high level of involvement, responsibility and visibility to the other members the firm and clients directly. The key aspects of the role would be assisting with the annual compliance company secretarial service provided to clients (which comprises a mixture of private companies, groups and LLP’s) and would include, the preparation and filing of confirmation statements, preparation of year end accounts approval documents, Companies House filings, statutory Register filings, assisting with the group billing requirements, data entry and company searches.

 

Candidates must have an interest in Company Secretarial work, with experience in this area or legal administration / paralegal experience.  The role offers a progression and opportunities for the right candidate.  Candidates must have excellent written, communication and organisation skills in addition to having a key eye for detail.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £30,000 on offer plus excellent benefits.
