An award winning UK Law firm is looking to hire a new Company Secretary to join them on a permanent basis, working in their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with either strong knowledge of the administration behind the running of a law firm, with advanced administrational skills and organisation.

 

Responsibilities for the Company Secretary include assisting the group undertaking legal and corporate governance requirements in what would be a broad ranging role, with a high level of involvement, responsibility and visibility to the other members the firm and clients directly. The key aspects of the role would be undertaking annual compliance, incorporating private and public limited companies, dealing with ongoing annual filings, maintenance of statutory book and records, registration of branches and UK establishments, aiding in preparations for director and shareholder meetings and dealing with internal and external clients, regularly with the utmost professionalism.

 

Candidates must have previous experience in Company Secretarial work, with experience in this area or legal administration.  The role will be part of an internal and valuable team within the firm.  Candidates must have excellent written, communication and organisation skills in addition to having a key eye for detail.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £54,000, plus the firm offers exceptional employee benefits and an agile working pattern of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
