CRM Executive – Global Law Firm – City of London – Agile Working

Global law firm situated near Liverpool Street wish to hire a CRM Executive to join their Marketing and Business Development team to assist with the promotion of the firms CRM system. The firm are keen to hire a senior CRM specialist with demonstrable understanding of business development strategies and CRM processes within the professional services industry.

 

Working with the CRM Manager and closely with all business service groups and firmwide partners and associates, you will be the go-to person for all CRM systems updates. This CRM Executive role is offering flexible agile working pattern, of 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely with standard hours being 9:30am to 5:30pm. Additionally, the firm offer an outstanding benefits package and offering a salary of up to £30-40,000, dependent on the level of experience.

 

The CRM Executive will be responsible for:

 

  • Helping develop a CRM strategy aligned to the firm’s business objectives, putting in place development plans to support Marketing & Business Development goals
  • Assist with creating and implementing a plan to educate the firm on CRM best practice and benefits and provide regular communications and training across the firm
  • Assist with delivering ROI metrics on relationship strength and pipeline, providing regular reports
  • Acting as a firmwide advocate for effective CRM system use
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team with the execution of campaigns and mailings
  • Providing new joiner training on InterAction to ensure effective use
  • Assist with actively improving the e-Marketing tool usage and data quality of the system
  • Supporting best practice for the firm to manage email communications
  • Participate in additional ad hoc projects in conjunction with the Marketing/BD and IT teams

 

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Candidates will possess current CRM database experience, ideally with minimum 2 years current experience in either within a Law Firm or Professional Services
  • Degree educated
  • System and data management experience preferably with InterAction, Salesforce, Vuture, Lexis Nexis
  • Strong understanding of compliance procedures such as GDPR and PECR
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a forward thinker
