CRM Executive – US Law Firm – City of London – 12 month FTC

A prestigious US Law Firm based close to Bank station is looking to hire a new CRM Executive to support their London and wider non-US offices on a 12-month FTC basis.  Covering the existing CRM Executive, this is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing data enthusiast with minimum 2 years legal or professional service experience ready to step into a CRM Marketing Executive role. The firm is currently working a 60:40 split in the way of agile/home working, standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £45,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits.

 

Reporting into the Marketing Manager, this exciting and varied CRM Executive opportunity will see the successful individual support the London and international Business Development & Marketing teams on a broad range of CRM marketing initiatives overseeing the InterAction system.  Acting as the main point of contact for the department, you will be involved in:

 

  • Maintain and develop the CRM system to support the firm’s business strategy
  • Support users on the day to day running of InterAction by telephone or in person
  • Data acquisition and stewarding – resolving tickets raised by the CRM system
  • Responsible for maintaining and executing the data cleansing/maintenance strategy
  • Update new company/person information using a variety of resources to enhance profiles
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports from the CRM system for senior management and for department heads across the firm
  • Contribute to and support the wider marketing team with events management and related marketing activities
  • Manage and send out mailings using the Vuture VX platform
  • Monitor the client update inbox and provide support to the Client update team with sending out mailings and creating distribution lists
  • Manage relationships with the firms external suppliers – LexisNexis and Vuture
  • Provide training to users when required to ensure business practices are followed
  • Provide regular to ad hoc support to senior management on various projects
  • To provide recommendation and be able to resolve questions

 

To be considered for this opportunity you will possess a degree, ideally in either Marketing, Business, English, Communications or studying towards a recognised marketing qualification. You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a CRM data focused Marketing position in a legal or professional environment, preferably using InterAction. Candidates will be required to have excellent IT skills and experienced in Excel, using databases and ability to adapt to new technology and processes The role will involve a lot of organisation and creative skills it is therefore essential that you have first class communication skills and always possess a positive and enthusiastic approach.
