A prestigious International law firm is looking to hire a new CRM Manager to join on a permanent basis.  Responsibilities will include acting as the champion of client data and developing initiatives to encourage the use of the firms CRM database across the firm, engaging with stakeholders across to the CRM database as the ‘go to’ tool for client and prospect related data and communicating the benefits to users on an ongoing basis, ensuring the data in the system is used to its full potential, designing and producing reports that are insightful for fee-earners and business development teams working closely with the BD, Marketing & Communications Director, Senior Manager Client Tech/BD Systems and the wider Business Development team to support the strategic and priority sector, practice and client programmes, working with our Client Insights Manager and Business Analysts to identify opportunities for revenue growth through data-driven business development, working with our IT team to carry out commercial analysis of the potential benefits to the business of adopting new tools, functionality and system upgrades. Other duties include working alongside our data stewarding team to ensure day-to-day data administration tasks are carried out effectively Knowledge, skills and experience .  Candidates need to have previous CRM Management experience within a law firm or a professional services organisation, confident and credible to deal with senior stakeholders, excellent communication skills and a strong project manager.  Salary for this role is up to £60,000 plus great benefits.
