Leading London law firm is looking to hire a new Desktop Support Analyst to report directly in to the Head of IT Operations.  This role will be a technical role, focusing on effective and efficient support of end-user technology where you will be responsible for resolving issues escalated to you by the Service Desk, support the IT Operations team in the development and maintenance of IT systems in addition you will act as the main point of liaison with key strategic third-party service and support providers in relation to the end-user services and technology (MS Office 365, MDM, AzureAD etc.), deploy and manage windows 10 and mobile application management, ensuring the operational health of the Microsoft O365 environment including security, availability, maintenance, performance, interoperability and reliability, assist in the administration and support an enterprise-level Microsoft Exchange, Mimecast security, Teams, Autopilot, OneDrive infrastructure, mobile access etc., design, develop and communicate key on-boarding processes and technology improvement feedback for on-boarding services and entire deployment cycle, maintain strong working knowledge of the current Microsoft 365 tools and understand the Microsoft roadmap and its impact to our business, conduct routine monitoring and analysis to include audit log reports evaluation, system and storage utilisation reports, site and system usage, growth reports, and manage site collection quota settings, assist on various IT projects as required, assist the IT Systems Engineer to support the firms meeting room AV/Video Conferencing systems; acting as the main point of escalation internally for any support issues raised by the service desk – escalating externally to the firm’s supplier/maintainer where required and be a back up to undertaking 2nd/3rd line support. Candidates must have at least 3 to 5 years IT experience preferably from within a law firm.  Salary is to £50,000.
