D&I Recruitment Executive

An independent company providing talent for law firms, focusing purely on diversity and inclusion is looking to hire a new Recruitment Executive on an initial 14 month FTC.  This role will offer full agile working, in addition to a salary of up to £55,000 plus great benefits.


Responsibilities will include working with a small group of law firms, on a retained basis, building and maintaining strong relationships with them and offering a consultancy in addition to helping them grow their teams.  This role will not offer any cold-calling, KPI or commission based structure and will be about educating clients and candidates to adhere to a diverse way of recruitment.  In addition, this role will include growing and maintaining an established candidate pool, offering CV coaching, career advice and interviewing sessions.  This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with passion and a keen interest in D&I and someone who can share the same values as the organisation.  This would be a great opportunity for someone with an agency background, or an in-house background looking for a new and evolving opportunity.  Our client is looking for someone with an adaptable, commercial and conscientious worker, with strong communication and organisational skills.  Standard hours will be 9am – 5pm, with flexibility needed when necessary.
