Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator

Top City law firm is seeking to recruit a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator on a permanent basis to provide support to their Head of DEI and Senior DEI Advisor.

The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator will be responsible for the administrative organisation of the DEI team to support the day-to-day delivery of DEI activities, working closely with members of the DEI Networks and wider HR function.

• Salary £32,000
• Hybrid Working (2 days remote working)
• 9.30am to 5.30pm

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous law firm or professional services experience with an interest or passion in Diversity and Inclusion.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

• Providing organisational and administrative support to the Head of DEI and Senior DEI Advisor.
• Engagement with the DEI Networks and providing administrative and logistical support for Network meetings and events.
• Helping to collate information for the Firm’s DEI initiatives.
• Working on specific DEI initiatives and project work.
• First point of contact for general queries for DEI team.
• Keeping the DEI events calendar updated.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Coordinator Requirements:

• Previous experience or interest in DEI or previous experience in HR, Learning & Development or Communication teams.
• An interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the workplace.
• Experience of organising and promoting events and or initiatives.
• Proven organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications.
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
