An award winning international law firm is looking to hire a new Diversity, Inclusion & CR Executive on a permanent basis maintaining an inclusive workplace and generate a shared passion amongst staff for charitable and corporate responsibility agenda.  Responsibilities include working with the Diversity, Inclusion & CR Manager and the marketing communications team to raise the function’s profile in London and build an international network, collaborating with the Diversity, Inclusion & CR Manager, internal committees and networks to support the design and delivery the Diversity and Inclusion strategy, managing relationships with Community Champions to help promote the various CR activities in the London office and leading the quarterly meetings, taking minutes and following up on actions, working with a senior associate to co-ordinate pro bono work, following up and reporting on progress, working with external charities to co-ordinate volunteering activities and assisting team-leaders in setting up the day (ordering materials, completing risk assessments etc.), assisting in the ongoing review of policies and procedures, taking ownership of various CR and D&I initiatives (e.g. work experience programmes, reading partners, Lawyers in School programme, Oxfam Collects at work and many others), booking rooms and assisting in sourcing volunteers where necessary, managing relationship with the firm’s nominated charity, assisting in co-ordinating fundraising activities, supporting collection, analysis and reporting of diversity data.  Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years previous corporate responsibility and/or diversity and inclusion experience within a professional services organisation, strong resource and project management experience, excellent communication and administration experience.  A salary of offer for this role is £32,000 plus fantastic benefits.
