One of our Top 50 UK Law Firm Clients is looking for a new Early Careers Resourcing Advisor to join there London based office, on a permanent and full-time basis with a competitive salary based on experience. This role as Early Careers Resourcing Advisor will have candidates be responsible for all early careers recruitment including apprenticeship, vacation scheme, trainee and paralegal recruitment.


Duties in this role will include assisting the wider Early Careers team to design events, marketing campaigns, open days, presentation and other forms of media, summer schemes and virtual work programmes in order to attract and engage with new talent where you will need to continuously develop new and existing relationships with consultants, suppliers, and third-party organisations, plus this hire will be heavily involved in candidate screening, managing applications, organising interviews, and candidate aftercare.

Applicants will need to have previous graduate recruitment experience, desirably from within a law firm, be degree educated and be strong communicators.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. The firm also offer a fantastic 50/50 hybrid working policy. This role can be undertaken in any of the firms UK offices offering even more flexibility.
