Busy US law firm is looking to hire a new Employment Paralegal to work directly with the two Counsel and an Associate on an initial 3 month FTC. This role will be offering high-level work from day one so candidates need to have the skillset and experience of taking on NQ/Trainee level work. The role is working 3 days in the office, 2 from home and offering a salary of up to £50,000 pro rata is on offer, plus excellent benefits.
The firm would want to hire a paralegal with prior employment experience weighted on the corporate side, with the right attitude, aptitude and professionalism as with this being a very high level paralegal position the firm need the candidate to have the right levels of gravitas as you will have exposure to both internal and external key stakeholders plus will getting involved in drafting and transactional work, and even though you will be responsible for the administrative side of the legal work this is not the reason for your hire but they will want an attitude of no job too big or too small.
Ideally strong education with very good A’Levels and a law degree from a top university or be at least GDL qualified. Offices are based in the City and standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. Salary will be up to £50,000 pro rata plus fantastic benefits.
