European Senior HR Business Partner

We are exclusively recruiting for one of our most prestigious US Law Firms based in the heart of the City, who are looking to hire a new HR Business Partner for London and the European Offices on a permanent basis.  The salary for this role will be up to £100,000 plus fantastic benefits. This role will be working directly with the Director of Administration in London and working closely with the HR team in the US.

Responsibilities will include providing strategic human resources direction and coaching to client groups of departments and offices, Resourcing and Recruiting, Talent Management and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Succession Planning, Employee Relations and HR Analytics.  The suitable candidate must establish credible, collaborative relationships and acts as trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and staff.  Other responsibilities will include managing the hiring of staff positions for designated functions and offices, developing recruiting processes, collaborating closely with and providing guidance to offices and hiring managers and recommending and implementing strategies to promote key recruiting objectives to attract talented diverse candidates.

Candidates must be degree educated, with a minimum of 5 years HR experience working at Senior Level within a Professional Services organisation, preferably within a law firm.  The suitable candidate must be proactive, analytical, highly organised and process-driven.
