This prestigious US law firm is looking to hire a new stand alone Events Manager to head up all London based events.

 

As Events Manager, you will plan, produce and execute high quality in-person events and webinars, working collaboratively with the firm’s London Business Development & Marketing teams. This is a fantastic opportunity for an existing Events Manager, or a Senior Executive to step up within a law firm. A salary of circa £70,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits. Located in stylish offices in the heart of the square mile in the city, the firm in question offers agile working and are currently working at a 60:40 office/home split, however it is expected that the Events Manager will have a strong presence in the office when events are taking place.

The Events Manager will be responsible for:

 

  • Manage the organisation of events and webinars from start to finish, including marketing through our website and social media platforms (where appropriate); collating responses; material preparation and hosting (both virtual and in-person) • Manage the firm’s participation in external conferences (in-person or virtual) • Maintain up-to-date event and wider mailing lists through firm’s contact management system • Develop “best practice” approach for London events, and to constantly appraise/refresh recommended venues and client entertainment concepts • Own and co-ordinate the supply of events merchandise and marketing materials such as printed collateral, gifts and other support materials • Own the post events analysis process for events including capturing feedback and evaluation of ROI • Assist with the management of event budgets • Coordinate with Marketing Creative Services in applying brand standards, using firm templates, preparing files for print productions, and performing press checks

 

Candidates will be degree educated and have a minimum of 5 years events experience within a law firm as well as using a recognised CRM, preferably Salesforce. Additionally, candidates need to have excellent written, communication and organisational skills, in addition to advanced knowledge of Microsoft office.
