Director of Facilities
International law firm is seeking a Facilities Director to join their thriving Facilities department in London on a permanent basis.

Director of Facilities Responsibilities:
Overseeing the management of the firm’s premises and facilities inc. lease obligations, space efficiency, cost management, and office relocations.
Overseas travel to the firms international offices to negotiate office renewals and source new office locations.
Strong understanding of both Real Estate Management & Procurement and Facilities Management.
Collaborating with the CFO and local partners to develop tailored premises strategies.
Manage a £17m budget for the London office.
Lead a team of 26 employees.
Overseeing both in-house and outsourced facilities service inc. catering, security, cleaning, and mechanical and electrical services.
Director of Facilities Requirements:
Facilities Director experience gained from a law firm or professional services environment.
Knowledge of Real Estate Management.
People management experience.
Comfortable with regular overseas travel.
Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
Relevant facilities management qualifications.
