Finance Business Process Analyst

A prestigious US Law Firm is currently looking for a new Finance Business Process Analyst to join the London office and the European Finance team. This is a newly created role and will initially be for a 2-year FTC. Candidates will work directly with the European Finance Manager and other key internal stakeholders on a range of new projects. The role has lots of scope to develop and grow.

 

The role will primarily involve gathering numbers for new projects, supporting, and assisting with ongoing projects which are all at different stages of completion. Candidates will also be producing process maps and narratives to ensure and monitor compliance with external organisations and offering improved processes to enhance service delivery. Other duties that will need to be carries out by the successful applicant include but are not limited to conducting regular reviews and updates of current process material. Creating and implementing end to end process work flows on a range of finance matters and conduct solution assessments. Candidates will be involved in auditing existing process documentation to ensure accuracy and assist the European Finance Manager with routine external audits and liaise with auditors as required. Support change management and communications across projects within the transformation. Advocate for change and support team members through change initiatives.

 

Candidates with an accounting background or knowledge would be preferred and ideally be degree educated. Experience working within a global finance team in a legal or similar setting would also be beneficial. Standard working hours for this role are 9:30am-5:30pm. Salary is flexible dependent on experience.
