Finance Paralegal – Leading US Law Firm – Hybrid Working

Our client, a multi-practice leading US law firm are looking to hire a Finance Paralegal on a permanent basis working directly with the Partners and Associate.

 

  • Salary up to £55,000
  • Paid overtime available
  • Hybrid working (3-4 days in the office)

Key Responsibilities for the Finance Paralegal:

  • Assist lawyers with all aspects of finance transactions, including creating closing indices, proofing and amending documents, updating closing checklists and master closing bibles
  • Draft corporate authorities and ancillary documents
  • Limited due diligence in relation to corporate powers and authority
  • Proofread and check documents
  • Assist the team in consolidating and updating know-how
  • Conduct research related to transactions and filings through both print and electronic sources
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the lawyers

Key Skills for the Finance Paralegal:

 

  • Have previous Corporate / Finance experience within another law firm
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
