Our fantastic international law firm client is currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Administrator on an initial 12 month contract, The team is responsible for the firm’s strategic aim of attracting and recruiting the best people across all practices and departments. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role has a flexible salary depending on the candidates experience.


The core responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to:


  • Initial screening of applications at peak times;
  • Responsible for the shared recruitment query mailbox, ensuring that candidates receive a response to queries in a prompt fashion;
  • Liaising on the suitability of internal candidates who may apply for training contracts;
  • Scheduling assessment days for vacation schemes, training contracts and campus ambassador programme
  • Adding candidate and assessor information into TopScore (virtual assessment day platform)
  • Organising assessor information packs for assessment days
  • Key contact for assessment days, responsible for briefing candidates attending interviews
  • Organising feedback reports for candidates after assessment days
  • Organising post offer days for candidates
  • Liaising with GBSC for candidate offer packs
  • Scheduling sessions for the winter and summer vacation schemes including socials
  • Assisting to run the vacation schemes
  • Organising HL BaSE Silver, Gold and Platinum programme
  • Working with GBSC on candidate joining instructions & references for vacation schemes
  • Arranging sell teams post vacation schemes


Candidates should have previous experience in administration within a HR or Graduate Recruitment department within a professional services department.
