Graduate Recruitment Advisor – Prestigious International Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A prestigious and fast growing international law firm is looking to hire a new Graduate Recruitment / Early Talent Advisor on a permanent basis, to work within a fantastic team of 4 to provide first class support for the London office on all aspects graduate attraction activity, recruitment and pastoral care. This would be a great opportunity for someone who is currently at advisor level, or assistant level, with a full year’s cycle experience, looking to step up into an advisor role. The role will be working 3 days in the office, 2 from home plus a salary of up to £45,000 is on offer plus excellent benefits.

 

Responsibilities will include maintaining relationships with key university contacts, to include Careers Services, tutors, law society presidents, producing all advertising and directory entries, supporting in creating and updating content on social networking sites relating to early talent; apprentices and graduate pages on the company website and social media, coordinating and running Open Days for prospective applicants, working in line with the marketing strategy to ensure that the firm has a presence at all target universities, including a schedule of presentations, attendance at events, and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives to generate applicants for the First Year Insight Scheme, Summer Vacation Programme and Solicitor Apprenticeships.  Other duties will include diversity and inclusion outreach efforts, coordinating the summer vacation scheme including managing all applications received through candidate tracking system before the deadline, and the scheduling of interviews and assessment centres, planning the structure of the programmes to include training, seat allocations, supervisor training, social events, internal and external speakers, carrying out exit interviews and the management of offers and rejections.

 

The successful Graduate Recruitment Officer must have previous early talent experience within a professional services organisation, preferably a law firm, in addition to excellent organisational, communication and written skills and a proactive approach to your work.  This is a great opportunity to work in a collegiate team, therefore someone with strong team player skills is key.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £45,000 on offer plus excellent benefits and agile working.
