Our fantastic international law firm client is currently looking for a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator to join their HR Team on an initial 12 month contract, the main focus of the role is to manage all administration activities involved in the assessment and recruitment of trainee solicitors and students. The main responsibilities will include screening applications for all programmes, scheduling assessment days for vacation schemes, training contracts and campus ambassador programme, adding candidate and assessor information into TopScore (virtual assessment day platform), organising assessor information pack for assessment days, key host for assessment days, organising feedback reports for candidates who have attended assessment, organising post offer days for candidates, liaising with GBSC for candidate offer packs, scheduling sessions for the winter and summer vacation schemes including socials, assisting to run the vacation schemes. Reporting and administration duties will include producing regular graduate recruitment statistics and analysis on applications, including diversity statistics, processing candidates through our on-line recruitment system (AllHires) and sending relevant email correspondence, ensuring that accurate recruitment files for training contract and vacation scheme candidates are maintained, updating all recruitment databases recording candidate data. Candidates should have prior experience working within a Graduate Recruitment role in a professional services environment. The core hours for this role will be 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role has a flexible salary depending on experience.
