London based law firm is looking to hire a new HR Assistant to join the team on a permanent basis, to provide effective and efficient support to the busy and expanding HR function.  This role is a perfect opportunity for someone with at least 6 months’+ HR Administration/Assistant experience who is looking to grow and develop their legal HR career.

 

This will be a be generalist HR position and the successful candidate will be involved in assisting with a range of different tasks within the HR space. These will include but are not limited to maintaining up-to-date records, assist with the set-up and maintenance of electronic and paper HR files, assist with the recruitment and graduate recruitment processes, assist with the on-boarding processes for all London new starters, assist with the off-boarding processes support the D&I team, assist with client secondment processes, assist with benefits administration, salary review letters, manage London HR Inbox for all enquiries and undertake other ad-hoc duties when required.

 

Applicants will require excellent accuracy and attention to detail, strong technical skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Office, have strong administration and organisation skills able to remain calm under pressure and a keen interest in HR. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with salary being flexible dependent upon experience to £27,000.
