Globally renowned and hugely successful law firm is looking to hire a new HR Business Partner where you will take responsibility for both Fee-Earners and Business Services staff.  In this role, you will perform all functions related to supporting the HR senior leadership and the London office leadership team with the implementation of strategic HR initiatives where you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with key departments in the firm, both locally and globally.  This is a firm will suit if you thrive working in a team environment with a best in class customer service focus, exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm, enjoy being creative and have proven skills in creating and leading cultural, wellness and social initiatives that enhance employee engagement.  This role will include high-levels of ER exposure so applicants must have experience of advising, guiding and supporting key stakeholders within a global matrix organisation, extensive experience in coordinating and managing complex employee relations matters within a fast-paced environment, have demonstrable project management skills, including assigning resources, ensuring effective implementation and measuring success and have a comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources functions, as well as credible employment law knowledge.  With personality and experience being key to this hire, this firm is happy to look at non-legal experience, ideally from within professional services however having led ER issues is a must.  This firm is based very near to Liverpool Street, Cannon Street and Fenchurch Street whilst remote working is the norm, standard hours are 9:30 – 17:30.
