HR Coordinator – City Law Firm! Hybrid Working!

Our client is a prestigious City law firm – they are now looking to recruit a HR Coordinator to join their expanding HR team in London.

The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is £33,000 + Benefits. This role is a permanent position, and the client are currently using a hybrid working approach (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Responsibilities as a HR Coordinator will include:

• Arrange global and London HR meetings
• Draft recruitment agency terms and conditions
• Maintain agency recruitment terms and conditions spreadsheet
• Correspond with speculative applicants
• Schedule interviews (where required)
• Reject candidates after unsuccessful interviews
• Assist with graduate recruitment assessment centres during busy periods
• Process offer paperwork
• Set up new starters on background checking system
• Monitor background check reports
• Set up new starters on HRIS
• Prepare induction programmes
• Assist with standard correspondence

Requirements as a HR Coordinator include:

• HR experience within a professional services organisation, ideally legal.
• Professional demeanour
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexible with regard to service to ensure deadlines are consistently met
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
• Attention to detail
• High levels of discretion, confidentiality and diplomacy
