Global Japanese Corporation based in London is looking to hire a new HR Executive, this role will be remote working for the time-being.  This role is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the world’s leading and most broad ranging corporations in the world with a tremendous work culture and reputation.  As HR Executive in a team of 10, the main focus will be to take responsibility for providing a professional and comprehensive human resources service to SCEU on a Pan–European basis, plus Group Companies and Business Line Companies as and when required. The main responsibilities will include full generalist remit to support the work within the Department, guidance on SCEU human resources policies and procedures, providing employment law advice and guidance as and when required, working with other HR team members on reviewing employee manuals, policies and procedures in accordance with local employment laws, conducting and assisting with employee relation matters e.g. grievances, disciplinaries, capability processes, PIPs and exit interviews, providing administrative support across the HR Department as and when required, supporting management in the approval process for various rules and other applications, involvement with various projects.  Applicants should ideally have a stable CV as this firm endears and reveres loyalty – at least 5+ years HR generalist experience within a professional services environment. Salary is up to £48,000 with a generous benefits package.
