HR Manager required at Leading UK Law Firm, to £70,000

Fast expanding London based law firm is looking to recruit a new HR Manager to join the firm a permanent basis, working in a buzzy and close-knit team.  Responsibilities will include providing professional commercial HR advice and guidance to personnel across all levels of seniority, leading and developing projects to support HR and wider firm strategies, dealing with all HR related matters for Business Services and Secretarial staff, including sickness absence, performance management and annual salary and development reviews, identify wellbeing training needs, submitting the firm’s annual P11D return and payment to HMRC, supporting the Head of HR with the annual salary review process, liaising with background screening companies to ensure checks are carried out correctly, supporting the Compliance team with firm Practising Certificate renewals, processing diversity statistics for the firm, being responsible for apprentices and the apprenticeship programme and any other ad hoc duties when required.  Candidates should be CIPD qualified and have worked in an HR function (ideally within a law firm) for a minimum of 5 years, with experience of working at manager level.  Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however a flexible attitude is required.
