HR Operations Advisor – International Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A top International law firm is looking to hire a new HR Operations Advisor on a permanent basis to work within a team to review, improve & Develop and implement all HR Policies and operational processes and procedures, in addition to the delivery of key HR projects.  The role will offer agile working, plus a salary of up to £55,000 plus fantastic benefits.


Responsibilities will include:


  • Developing, maintaining & implementing best practice HR policies;
  • Providing expert advice, supporting and training on all HR Policy matters;
  • Providing advice on employee relations matters;
  • Working with senior stakeholders to analyse the commercial impact and success of all HR policies and adapt and amend as appropriate;
  • Being responsible for the upkeep, development, training and implementation of the HR Business Continuity Plan;
  • Responsible for ISO and GDPR within HR;
  • Working closely with the clients groups to ensure the suite of template documentation, checklists and supporting documentation etc are kept up to date;
  • Coordinating internal immigration activities including right to work checks, working closely with Global Mobility on visa requirements;
  • Overseeing and assisting with any HR queries relating to the Firm’s intranet site.  In addition, maintain the central HR pages and policy pages;
  • Maintaining the Firm’s induction presentation, working with necessary teams/departments to gather appropriate information;
  • Overseeing HR Projects and ensure projects are running to schedule;
  • Coordinating HR responses to pitches, RFP requests, annual insurance renewals and client audits; COVID responsibilities?


The successful HR Operations Advisor must have previous HR Operational experience, within a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm.  Additionally candidates must have excellent written, organisation and communication skills in addition to advanced Microsoft office skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £55,000 is on offer.
