HR Operations Assistant – London Hybrid

A top US Law Firm is looking to hire a new HR Operations Assistant on a permanent basis to work in a growing HR Team, to provide administrative support for the HR Operations team on all operational processes, procedures and HR Policies.  The role will pay up to £30,000 plus great benefits and agile working, 2 days in the office.

 

Responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day administration processes for developing, maintaining & implementing best practice HR policies, keeping up to date with employment law and Firm policy/procedures, responding  HR policy, employee relations, process and procedure queries, referring up as appropriate, assisting  with the upkeep, development, training and implementation of the HR Business Continuity Plan, assisting BP Assistants and Coordinators to ensure HR files are kept in line with ISO regulations, working closely with the HR Operations Advisor and HR teams to ensure the suite of template documentation, checklists and supporting documentation etc are kept up to date and fit for purpose, assisting with any HR queries relating to the Firm’s intranet site, assisting with maintaining the central HR pages and policy pages, assisting with maintaining the Firm’s induction presentation, working with necessary teams/departments to gather appropriate information.  Other duties include being responsible for sending HR Operations induction email to HR New Joiners and tracking responses, maintaining HR Projects spreadsheets, taking minutes and attendance notes and organising the team meeting.

 

The successful HR Operations Assistant must have previous HR Experience within a professional services organisation, preferably a law firm, in addition to having a keen interest in the technical, policy/procedure side of HR.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £30,000 is on offer.
