Leading US law firm is looking to recruit a new HR Operations Coordinator, on an initial 9 to 12-month contract, this role will work with the Senior HR Operations Manager and HRIS and HR Operations Specialist to provide a Seamless HR Operations support service.  Ideally looking for candidates with strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to deal with people at all levels, prioritise their workload and maintain excellent attention to detail.  Candidates must be professional and confidential due to the data they will be using, have excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple demands and a high workload.  You will be working across multiple functions; Benefits, HR Systems, Billing and General HR.  Benefits responsibilities will include enrolling new members in relevant benefits schemes; updating tracking information and maintaining relevant PeopleSoft screens, conducting benefits meetings for support staff and providing back up for Associate and Partner benefits meetings and being responsible for maintaining and auditing, all documentation relating to benefits and ensuring it is up-to-date.  HR Systems duties will include being responsible for data entry in PeopleSoft for the London office, including processing new hires and leavers, checking PAN reports on a daily basis and reporting any irregularities and maintaining the PeopleSoft database for the London office.  Payroll responsibilities will include inputting monthly changes and supporting the preparation and validation of the London office’s monthly payroll with general HR duties including all monitoring the HR inbox, assisting with HR projects, screen phone calls and messages, schedule meetings and submitting invoices.  Applicants need to have 3 years’ relevant experience from a similar HR type role where you have worked with a HR System, preferably PeopleSoft and previous practical knowledge of running payroll would be beneficial.  Salary is competitive, with this firm being one of the most desirable places of work in the UK and the world.  This role will be working remotely to start with however candidates need to be prepared to the office as and when the situation changes, standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.
