Leading US law firm is looking to hire a new HR Secretary/Administrator as a new team member to provide secretarial and administrative and coordination support to the HR Team including Directors and Managers, the team is looking for a very strong administrator who enjoys organising with very strong attention to detail as well as being the right team member – enthusiastic, willing, bright with a team-playing attitude of no job too big or too small.

 

Duties for the new HR Secretary/Administrator will include to support the Human Resources team with any general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects, to be responsible for keeping the OnBase filing system up to date and the team’s filing system is accurate and complaint with GDPR regulations, to be responsible for payment of all HR related invoices, ensure any expenses are processed in a timely manner, run any necessary ad hoc reports, be responsible for coordinating responses in relation to day to day administration; for example, requests for reference and mortgage letters, ensure that office locations and secretarial allocations are accurate and kept up-to-date, update and distribute the firm’s joiners and leavers spreadsheet, update and amend the firm’s HR intranet pages when necessary, assist with any general administration regarding benefits and wellbeing, be responsible for enrolling new joiners and removing any leavers from the firm’s benefit programmes to help coordinate the Diversity & Inclusion meeting calendar, including organization of any necessary agendas ahead of each meeting and providing the minutes post-meeting, to assist with any general administration regarding graduate recruitment.
