Globally renowned US Law Firm is seeking a HR Specialist to join their quickly expanding London office to support the HR function and the wider firm.

  • Hybrid working (Tuesday – Thursday office days)

The HR Specialist will be to work alongside Partners, Managers, and other key members of the firm to provide HR advice, solutions and support. The candidate in this role will work across all areas of HR including a strong focus on Employee Relations & Engagement.

 

HR Specialist Duties include:

  • Providing guidance with HR policies to Managers and Partners in conjunction with UK employment law and ensure all developments within employment law and best practice are communicated
  • Supporting all performance management and case management processes including conduct and capability
  • Working on initiatives to increase engagement firmwide
  • Assisting with recruitment processes, inductions and probation requirements
  • Reviewing Compensation and Benefits strategy
  • Working with the L&D Manager to coordinate learning and training across the firm Legal and Business Services teams
  • Delivering and promoting Diversity & Inclusion values across the firm

 

HR Specialist desired experience :

  • CIPD and Degree educated candidates are highly advantageous
  • Knowledge of wider HR processes across all areas of HR
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and other office software
  • Previous law firm experience is desirable
