HR Systems, Rewards and MI Analyst – Top UK Law Firm – Generous Hybrid Working

Well established UK law firm is seeking to hire a HR Systems, Rewards and MI Analyst, this role will be to offer a full generalist service reporting directly to the Senior Rewards and Benefits Manager and the Head of HR Operations. This role will be based in the firms busy London office you will HRIS duties, Payroll and wellbeing related duties as well as help with staff engagement surveys and take on HR project work. The HR Systems, Rewards and MI Analyst will fit into a cohesive, friendly and encouraging working environment working closely with a collaborative and tight knit team.


Duties of the HR Systems, Rewards and MI Analyst will include being responsible for maintaining accurate data on the HR systems (Cascade) and be the first point of contact for any queries and training etc. This will involve supporting the wider team, helping the Senior Reward & Benefits Manager and Reward & Payroll Adviser with monthly payroll and benefits, and maintaining systems appropriately. This will include checks of the system and GDPR and compliance processes must be always adhered to. The HR Systems, Rewards and MI Analyst will help create a range of reports using the HR systems and manage information on the system. This will include working towards supporting D&I initiative and Gender Pay gap.


This in-depth role would suit an advisor with strong systems knowledge looking to take a step into a more analytical role. Candidates should ideally have previous experience working in a HR Administrator or Assistant role with a legal HR space and have strong understanding of HRIS systems. Strong academics and CIPD qualification would also be desirable. The core hours for this role are 9:30am-5:30pm. This role is offering £45,000 – £50,000 (FTE).
