HR Systems Specialist

One of our leading law firm clients is looking to recruit a new HR Systems Specialist / Manager on an initial 9 Month FTC, not a maternity cover, with the view to extend.  This role will be managing the Workday HRIS system for the firm.  Responsibilities will include collaborating with IT regarding the upgrade and development of HR systems, creating and implementing HRIS (Workday) security policies and practices that support business needs, developing and maintaining the global HR operational functions and business needs for all HR processes, ensuring that HR data is captured accurately, producing a variety of reports, providing leadership to the Global HRIS (Workday) team by establishing goals, monitoring deadlines and setting priorities,  troubleshooting global HR software process issues, creating and maintaining a risk/issue log, managing and building relationships with third-party suppliers, managing and coordinating global and regional project teams, and any other duties as required.  Candidates must have previous Workday system  experience, and have worked on multiple full life cycles of HRIS implementations.  Applicants should have excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to work well within a team.
